What We Offer Exclusively

Guaranteed 12-month free repairs & free spare-part replacement upon purchase. 

You are entitled to ask for repairs or spare-part replacement for major failures with goods, which are assessed to be faulty items or quality issues, not artificial damages or worn-out spare parts caused by usage. Our experts will provide professional inspection and assessment, then offer suggestions according to your actual case.


Where We Offer FREE Pickup Products

For those within Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane metro areas, we will offer to pick up products from your premises, have it repaired in our workshop and deliver it back to you. All free of charge. If your location is not in these selected areas, freight cost will apply. Please contact us for more details.


Optional Services or Extended Warranty You Can Pay Extra For

Depending on personal choice, optional services or extended warranties may be included in your cover, like Express Delivery Service, Extended Repair Service, Extended Warranty etc. 


How To Claim Pickup-Fix-Deliver Service (PFD)

  1. Please send us an email with an invoice or order number and photos or videos showing the issue with the product. We will reply you within 24-48 business hours.
  2. This service is only applicable for selected products from Bike & Scooter Hub.

    If We Fail to Provide “Free Pickup-Fix-Deliver Service (PFD)” Within A Reasonable Time

    • The repair or replaced part will be provided within a reasonable time. If Bike & Scooter Hub fails to give it to you within a reasonable time as we suggest, we will exchange a new one.
    • If we can’t send you a replacement or it isn’t available in Australia, we’ll recommend you a new part that we think is similar.
    • We assume no responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of uncontrollable situations, like wrong information provided by customers, epidemic regions, or delay from third-party freight companies etc.


    Information You Need To Know

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bike & Scooter Hub will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modification or repairs or replacements not performed by Bike & Scooter Hub. If damage results, Bike & Scooter Hub will seek your authorization for any additional costs for completing service even if the product is covered by warranty or a service plan. If you decline authorization, Bike & Scooter Hub may return your product unrepaired in the damaged condition without any responsibility.


    If We Decline A Claim or Do Not Provide Repair or Replacement In Full

    There are limits to what we will provide and some things that we don’t cover like every warranty or insurance policy. When you contact us to make a claim our experts will assess your claim and we will need to undertake further investigation and assessment. If we decline your claim, we will give you our reasons in writing.
